Organiserad suicidprevention - Ett inlärningsperspektiv och en projektkatalog

Abstract

Suicidpreventionen startar med de efterlevandes lidande och deras hopp om en förbättrad prevention. Från den utgångspunkten utvecklas nu gradvis en nationell struktur i fem nivåer: lagar, regleringar, strategisk, taktisk och operativ nivå. Människor på dessa nivåer har behov av olika kunskap. Nivåerna och samspelet mellan dem illustreras i artikeln genom många projektbeskrivningar. Kontinuerligt pågår en omfattande läroprocess. Denna kan beskrivas som ”single, double and triple loop learning”. Till sist landar den åter i mötet med den lidande suicidala personen.

Suicide prevention starts with the survivors suffering and their hope for a more efficient suicide prevention. From that startingpoint a Swedish national structure is now gradually emerging on five levels: laws, regulations, strategic, tactic and operative. On all these levels people have different need of knowledge. These levels as well as interactions between them are in the article abundantly illustrated by several preventive projects. There is a continuous and huge learning process described as single, double and triple loop learning, at last ending up again in the meeting with the suffering suicidal person.
