How do you get an entire primary care staff to completely change their view on sleep?
I had just moved to Lysekil on the Swedish west coast, living in a half-furnished apartment, and had begun my postgraduate psychologist training at a primary care center, striving toward the long-awaited psychologist license. My experience was clearly limited. Two years earlier, I had completed a fifteen-week internship, and at the university clinic, I had treated three patients. Of all the patients I had seen, only one had been treated for sleep difficulties. What I didn’t know then was that this number would change quite significantly over the course of the year.
