Sömnsvårigheter eller insomni är mycket vanligt bland äldre personer som bor på särskilda boenden. Sömnsvårigheter påverkar både hälsa, trygghet och livskvalitet. Denna artikel beskriver sköra äldres upplever insomni på särskilt boende. Genom äldres egna berättelser framträder en komplex bild av vad som påverkar sömnen och hur sömnbrist påverkar livet.
