Artikeln utforskar samspelet mellan kroppslighet och den stora berättelsen inom teologisk reflektion och bibeltolkning. Med utgångspunkt i en långvarig dialog med bibelforskaren Greger Andersson diskuteras tre centrala frågor: den hermeneutiska (Bibelns mångfald kontra narrativ enhet), den ontologiska (Guds närvaro i historiens förlopp) och den existentiella (berättelsens betydelse för individens livstolkning och lidande). Artikeln argumenterar för att kroppslighet och berättelse inte bör förstås som motsatta kategorier utan hållas samman i en kreativ spänning. Detta perspektiv fördjupar förståelsen av både människans sårbarhet och den kristna trons anspråk på helhet.
