Etik i den autoetnografiska processen

In this article, the researcher draws on an earlier research project to discuss how relational ethics and auto/ethnographical method form each other during a research process. The researcher uses personal experiences to describe cultural ideas, experiences, practices, and identities in autoethnography. Furthermore, all personal experiences also involve others. Relational ethics includes the acknowledgement of mutual bonds to others and the responsibility for the researcher’s actions and their consequences. The author focuses on the researcher’s privileges when interpreting mutual experiences, consent from others occurring in the autoethnography, and how the researcher represents others in the final text are specific focuses in this article.
