Abstract

This essay is dealing with how to prepare yourself to your own death and the starting point of the discussion is the author´s self-narration. The research perspective is inspired by discursive psychology where no clear distinction is made between emotion “discourse” and emotions “themselves”.

Marianne Liliequist, Umeå universitet

Marianne Liliequist är professor i etnologi vid institutionen för kultur- och medievetenskaper, Umeå universitet. Hon är för närvarande verksam inom projekten "Åldrande och livsvillkor" samt "Production and transmission of indigenous knowledge: Oral and mediated strategies to express Sámi identities".
