Publication fees: KP does not charge any publication fees.

Publication frequency: Articles are published continuously and then collected in an annual volume. When they are published, articles are assigned a DOI number which can be used to cite the article immediately.

Financing: Over the years, Kulturella Perspektiv has been published with the support of a variety of funders, including the Swedish Research Council, the Skyttean Society and Carlssons Bokförlag. Individual theme issues have also been financed by the Faculty of Humanities' research school at Umeå University. Digital publication of the journal starting in 2021 has been made possible with the publication support of the following ethnology departments: University of Gothenburg, Lund University, Stockholm University, Södertörn University, Umeå University, Uppsala University and Åbo Akademi University.
